Workouts
Feel The BErm
For Time:
4 Rounds
Partner Berm Run (~ 200M)
21 Handstand Push Ups
15 OH Squats (115/85)
9 Bar Facing Burpees
*At 3-2-1- Go Both Athletes will begin the berm route, once they have finished back at their lane, they will begin the chipper. The reps of the chipper can be split however the team decides, but the movements must be completed in order as written.
In a 10min windows athletes will be able to work up to a heavy 1rep max back squat.
Each athlete will get as many attempts as he/she desires, partners can alternate turns throughout allowed time. Score will be total weight added of the maximum successful lift.

4 Bar Muscle Ups
*At 3-2-1- GO, Athlete 1 will begin KB Deadlifts and proceed through the complete round of movements. Once Athlete 1 has finish their pulls ups Athlete 2 will follow through the next round. They will proceed in this fashion, alternating complete rounds, until the final Bar Muscle Up is complete or the timer sounds.
Wall Ball Wave
Every 2mins for 4 rounds

5 Squat Cleans (155/105lbs)
Max Wall Balls in time remaining
* At 3-2-1-GO Athlete one will being the first interval, once he/she finishes the 5th squat clean they will begin the amrap of wall balls. Athlete 1 will complete the first two intervals before switching with his/her partner to finish out the second two.
