About This Competition
CrossFit IronSpider's Cougars & Cradle Robbers Throwdown is back for its 11th year! We know there are some crazy Cougars & Cradle Robbers that have their eyes on some young cubs; scoop up your partner for the hottest date you’ll ever go on and come Throwdown.
Cougars & Cradle Robbers is a unique CrossFit competition mixing BADASS Masters (40+) with young BUCKS (under 40)! This competition will have CO-ED teams of two with 2 divisions, RX, and Scaled. Kick some booty and watch fierce Cougars throwing down with young studs and Cradle Robbers representing buff young chicks. Cash prizes, great vendors, and free swag will attract a sell-out crowd so register ASAP!
