We ask that athletes enter the division that best describes the level that they are currently training at. If we see that they have entered well below visible level, we will look to move them into the correct division.
Scaled - This division is for athletes that are new to the sport or using lower weights and lower skilled workouts. Weights and movements that you could expect to see programmed for this division include:
Intermediate - The division for the middle of the road athlete. Weights and movements that you could expect to see programmed in this division include:
Rx - This division is for the more experienced Rx level athlete. Weights and movements you could expect to see programmed in this division include:
