About This Competition

Tickets are £75pp, sign up today for just £20pp and split the payment across the year!

SEND THEM IN is a unique comp format brought to you by THE CASTLE GAMES!

SEND THEM IN is a team competition, teams can have up to 6 members with a minimum of 4 per team. 2 athletes must be female and 2 athletes must be male, the other 2 athletes can be either male or female.

We will put your teams through at least 8 tests of fitness across the weekend. The tests will include pairs, mixed pairs, team and mixed team workouts. You can choose who you send in for each event. The tests will allow you to use your specialist runners, weightlifters, gymnasts, rowers etc to your advantage. Tests will take place across three environments, the Indoor Arena, the Track & Field and the Back Straight lifting zone. 

There is no minimum or maximum event requirement so if you want one person to do 1 or event or 8 events that's up to you as a team!


SEND THEM IN will be held at Middlesborough Sports Village, TS4 3AE. There is plenty of parking onsite, or a train station that is 5 minutes walk away from the venue. 

All teams will compete across the full weekend. 

Instalment payment options are available to allow you to book now and pay across the months leading up to the competition. 

Teams will run in the Rx and Everyday divisions, the Rx divisions will run in both open and masters age groups. Masters teams will be made up of athletes that are 35 + years.

Movement standards

Due to the nature of the event, the below movements are examples of what at least 2 people in your team should be able to perform. Teams will choose who to send in to perform each workout, so not everyone needs to be at the same level for all skills as not everyone will perform all movements. Barbell weights are for reps in a workout.
