The Triplet 2025


Same-Sex Teams of Three


Let's get ready to go again at one of the UK's most exciting CrossFit competitions. Choose your category, train for it, and bring your A game to the event!


Standards

.

Mixed Ability - think Scaled 2 with a hint of scaled 1.


For teams with varying skill levels. Only one athlete needs to be competent in:

  • Box Jumps
  • Pull-Ups
  • Hand-Release Press-Ups
  • V Sit-Ups
  • Wall Walks
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)

Intermediate - think Scaled 1 with a hint of RX


Two athletes in the team must be confident with:

  • Double-Unders
  • Box Jumps
  • All gymnastics movements (Females: no muscle-ups required)


Masters


Minimum age 35, with a combined team age of 120 or more. Only one athlete needs to be competent in:


  • Box Jumps
  • Pull-Ups
  • Hand-Release Press-Ups
  • V Sit-Ups
  • Wall Walks
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Handstand Press-Ups (off one ab mat)
