About This Competition
October 5, 2024!! Bison is throwing our hat back into the local competition scene!
The Bison Brawl is a same-sex partner competition that will have three divisions. Scaled, Masters (40+), and RX.
The workouts will be released Monday, July 15! There will be cash prizes!
The competition scene is one of the pillars of Bison and this will be the first one we have run at our new gym! We promise to provide a fun, professional, safe, and challenging day of community and fitness!
