About This Competition
ReVamped Fitness will be hosting its 8th Vekter Games competition on November 20th, 2021! This event is a one-day team competition open to rxd, scaled and master’s athletes. Teams will be comprised of mixed pairs (male/female).
DIVISIONS: RXD / SCALED / MASTERS 40+
STANDARDS:
RXD athletes should be able to perform c2b pull-ups, t2b, double unders, cleans, snatches and front squats at 135/95#, rope climbs
SCALED & MASTERS athletes should be able to perform pull-ups, double unders, cleans, snatches and front squats at 95/65#, rope climbs
The standards are examples of working weights and minimum movement standards for each division. The top five teams in each division will earn a spot in the final workout and should expect to see some more advanced skill movements.
PRIZES: The top three teams in each division will receive prizes from our event sponsors. Additionally, the top three teams in the RXd division will earn a cash prize.
1st Place - $1,000
2nd Place - $500
3rd Place - $250
All athletes will receive a shirt and swag bag upon check-in. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate t-shirt size changes after the t-shirt deadline has passed on October 20th.
EVENT SHIRT: All athletes will receive an event shirt as long as they register before the order deadline, October 20th, and have selected a size on their registration ticket.
PARKING: Athletes and spectators will be directed by our parking attendants to park in the lot in front of ReVamped. Parking volunteers will be on-site to direct you. Athletes are encouraged to bring tents and chairs to set up near their vehicles.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Teams can choose to substitute athletes up until the competition begins on November 20th.

Workouts
For time:
150 Thrusters (Move bar every 50 reps)
125 Calorie Ski
Time Cap: 9 minutes
Rx: 95/65
Sc/M: 75/55
At the start of the workout, athletes can choose to start on either movement. They will work towards completing 150 thrusters and 125 Calories on the Ski Erg. Athletes may switch movements as often as they choose. Both athletes can move at the same time on opposite movements but athletes may not be doing thrusters at the same time. You must move the bar forward every 50 Thrusters. Athletes may not touch the monitor at any time throughout the workout.
Event 2: “Midnight Fight”
Get as far as possible in 10 minutes:

The workout will start with one athlete working towards the 10 Bar MU/C2B/Pull-Ups. Athletes can split the 10 reps however they choose. They will then move to the DB Snatches and Burpee Box Jump Overs and complete 10 SYNCHRONIZED reps at each. Once they have completed one round, athletes will move to the next round completing 12 reps of each movement. Continue this same pattern for the duration of the workout.
Event 3: “Red Light, Green Light”
Complete AMRAP in 13 minutes:

Barbell Weights:
Rx: 165/115
S/M: 115/75
Athletes will start the workout at their barbells and complete 21 Power Cleans at the “21” rep mark. They will then move to the jump rope and complete the required Double Unders. After completing the Double Unders, athletes will head back to the barbells and move it forward to the “15” rep mark to complete the 15 Overhead Squats and Double Unders. Keeping this same flow, athletes will finish one round after completing the 9 Squat Cleans and the final set of Double Unders. Athletes will move the bars back to the “21” rep mark to begin round two. All reps may be split between partners however they choose. Double Under reps will be announced at the competition.
