Welcome to the FitBox Games Day Event.
An opportunity to test your strength and endurance throughout 4 events against other teams.
2 Categories:
ADVANCED ATHLETE
EVERYDAY ATHLETE
Movement Standards:
ADVANCED ATHLETE
All DB Movements with: Male 22.5kg Female 15kg DB (Both partners)
All KB Movements with: Male 28kg female 16kg KB (Both partners)
BB Deadlift Male 80kg Female 60kg (Both Partners)
Ability to perform barbell lifts at your own ability.
EVERYDAY ATHLETE:
All DB Movements with: Male 17.5kg Female 10kg DB (Both partners)
All KB Movements with: Male 24kg female 12kg KB (Both partners)
BB Deadlift Male 60kg Female 40kg (Both Partners)
Ability to perform barbell lifts at your own ability.
The above movement standards are only guidelines to give you an idea of which category you should enter.
Expect 4 Workouts on the day with multiple scoring opportunities in each (These WILL be released prior to the day so follow us on instagram to keep an eye out - @FITBOXBV)
