About This Competition

This event is a Hybrid Event. 

Each team will consist of 2 male and 2 female atheltes.

You will be given a two hour window to complete your workout and the run down will be as follows (roughly) 

Part 1 - Full Team WOD (All 4 Team Members)

Part 2A - CrossFit WOD 1 (Any 2 Team Members) 

Part 2B - Hyrox WOD 1 (Any 2 Team Members) 

Part 3 - Full Team WOD (All 4 Team Members) 

Part 4A - CrossFit WOD 2 (Any 2 Team Members) 

Part 4B - Hyrox WOD 2 (Any 2 Team Members) 

Part 5 - Full Team WOD (All 4 Team Members)
