About This Competition

Rally In The Valley will crown the first ever fittest male and female competitor in the valley. While most athletes focus on one or two specific discilplines, we want to see who's go the most overall fitness throughout the valley. Sure, most can run. Sure, we can clean and jerk some weight, but can we PR both in one day? On August 13th, come on out to give it your best shot. You will be challenged with events that will be announced the day of the competition. I'm sure you will have a bunch of questions, but the answer "be an athlete" can be placed in answers amongst most of your questions. Events such as a trail run on Meeks Mountain Trails, max distance farmers carry, rope climbs, heavy sandbag holds and much more will meet you face to face. The champions will bring back a KING or QUEEN of the valley board to be displayed in your home/home gym or current gym.
