About This Competition

QUESTIONABLE DEPTH 21 - MASTERS COMPETITION


WHAT: A 1 week, 6 event competition (3 strength + 3 metcon) focusing on functional strength and grinding metcons for master athletes.


WHO:  Masters men and women, ages groups 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+  Age eligibility is age at the time of the competition, not registration.


HOW:  You can perform each workout as many times as you like during the week and when you submit your video and score you will be able to track yourself on the leader board alongside all of the other athletes in your division and across your country.


WHEN:  Registration begins on 11/1/20 and ends 1/3/21.  All 6 workouts will be announced on 1/4/21 and scores and videos are due 1/10/21 by 8:00PM EST

Part A:  In 8 minutes establish a 4 rep max deadlift.  Conventional or Sumo are allowed.

*athletes may have help changing weights.

NOTE:  Part A and B are scored separatly, but must be completed within one clock setting.

Part B: At the 8 min mark (end of Part A) begin the following:
