We wanted to do something short, sweet, and different! If you made it out to our event last year we had a blast! We were a little crammed because of space so welcome back to an expanded Lokal strength, we are always happy to have yall!

Synchro Thrusters
Synchro DB Snatches (50/35)
Cash Out: 200 dubs
*Thrusters: Post must start on same side and athletes must face the same direction. Last rep must be completed by going over your head.
*DB Snatch: Both heads of dumbbell must touch the ground at the same time and athletes must reach full lock out at the same time. Athletes must be on opposite sides of Post but can face eachother.
*Time Break Time: Through 21 thrusters and 21 snatches.
