Divisions: RX and Intermediate (M/M OR F/F)

Registration details: Registrations open March 26th. There will be 20 available spaces for each gender in each division (80 total teams)
Workouts will be released closer to competition date.
Refunds will be given under no circumstances other than covid related restrictions causing withdrawal.

*Score counts as total box jump overs accumulated B/T both partners at the end of 10:00. Each round will be a prerequisite buy-in before beginning box jump overs. 1 partner working per minute only as the other partner rests. For every rep not completed on the barbell and the athlete doesn't make it to the box jump overs, will be deducted off the total rep count scored.

Int - 120 double unders + 30 burpee over barbell
At 3,2,1 go... Athletes will head to the skipping rope to perform the allocated repetitions of double unders. RX athletes will perform 60 each twice with only 1 athlete working at a time. Intermediate pairs will do the same format with only 30 reps each at a time. Athletes will then head to the rowing machine for the alloted amount of calories to complete, which they will be able to share any way they wish. Athletes will perform burpees over the same barbell for the synchro repetitions before finishing the final row of the workout.

1 partner will perform A) a max clean + hang clean + front squat + split jerk
1 partner will perform B) a max clean + clean + front squat + front squat
This will be a 6 minute window for both athletes to complete their biggest combined successful lift. Athletes will share the same barbell and you may load it accordinglhy to each athlete at any point. The clips MUST be on the barbell
