About This Competition
It's that time of year again, our annual in-house competition is just around the corner, and this time, we're spicing things up with a twist. We're introducing individual registrations for both the Rx and Scaled divisions. I understand that some of you might be thinking, 'I'm new to this, and I'm not that experienced,' but I urge you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the challenge. After all, it's in these moments that we truly grow. Remember, 'You Can Do Hard Things.'
All the workout details will be shared in advance, and they are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete – this event is for everyone. There will be four workouts leading up to a final round for those who progress. If you're on the fence or dealing with an injury and prefer not to compete, we still have a role for you! We're in need of volunteers to help organize and support this event, and your assistance would be greatly appreciated. We'll be posting workout standards soon, so get ready for an exhilarating event!
