Proving Grounds UK Finals: A Same-Sex Pairs Fitness Showdown

Event Details:

Date: October 21st and 22nd, 2023
Location: Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow

Competition Schedule:

Day 1 (October 21st): Masters and Everyday Athletes
Day 2 (October 22nd): RX and Intermediate Athletes

Important Information:

Team members who successfully completed the qualifiers must be the same members who compete in the finals. Substitutions are not permitted, ensuring fair play and consistency.
