About This Competition
Beginner-Friendly Competition
Get ready to test your fitness, have fun, and join an incredible community at our Beginner Brawl Competition! This event is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and fun, whether it’s your first competition or you’re just starting to explore Functional Fitness Style events.
The competition features individual divisions for both females and males, with RX and Scaled options so athletes can compete at a level that best matches their experience and abilities.
Divisions
RX – Male & Female:
For athletes who are confident with standard movements and weights and are ready to push their limits in a competitive but friendly environment. Must not have more than 5 Competition's in their history.Scaled – Male & Female:
Perfect for newer athletes or those still developing skills and strength. Movements and loads will be approachable, with no advanced gymnastics or heavy lifts.
*Masters*:
RX and Scaled
Must be 40+
What to Expect
Beginner-appropriate workouts with clear standards
Supportive judging and a positive competition atmosphere
Multiple workouts that test strength, conditioning, and basic skills
Encouraging community vibes—cheers are guaranteed!

Jumping Pull Ups must meet 6" standard of head below rig.
Box Jump Overs must have both feet touch box. Step overs permitted for scaled.
OH Squat arm must be locked out and squat below parallel.
