Camp TUF is bringing Unbroken Team Competition for the 2nd year October 14th!
- 4 Person Team (M/M/F/F)
- Rx & Scaled Divisions
- 4 WODs
- CASH PRIZES for RX division
- Additional prizes for all podium winners and affiliates with most teams entered!
Prerequisites:
RX: Movements from the Open, Qualifier, and Regional WODs as RX standards. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.
Scaled: Movements from the Open, Qualifier, and Regional WODs as scaled standards. Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness.
Cost: $350 per team

20’ handstand walk (any 1 person; split any way) (2x10’) (5’ unbroken for 1 point/ rep)

10 Synchronized Sumo deadlift high pull 75/115lb (any M/F pair)
5 wall walks to a 2.5’ mark from wall (any 1 person; split any way)

50 synchronized shoulder to overhead (M/F 1)
1,200 row (M/F 2) (F2 Rows 500m then M2 Rows 700m)
