About This Competition

Battle For The Midlands returns for 2024!

Cattle Dog CrossFit is proud to present the return of Battle for the Midlands in its Team Format.

Bringing to the floor a Mixed Fours event with teams made up of Two Male and Two Female Athletes.

Teams will complete Three Online Seeding Workouts which will then determine which category they compete in on Sunday 22nd September in our Live Finals at Cattle Dog CrossFit, Northampton.

Seeding workouts will be released on Thursday 1st August at 08:00 (8am), and teams will have until 22:00 (10pm) Friday 30th August to submit their scores.

All seeding workouts must be accompanied with a video submission for approval.
