About This Competition
Welcome to Season Two of Wodie League! We're very excited to be back and hope that you'll decide to take part in our weekly competition series! Our goal with Wodie League is to have fun, build community and allow you to flex your functional fitness muscle through friendly competition.
Our league spans a 4 week period (8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3). Each week, we will be competing at a different gym located in the Greater Nashville area. Competition night is Thursday, from 6:30PM - 8:30PM.
Each team of 2 should have an alternate athlete, in the event that one participating athlete can't make a week. Make note of the movements and weight standards below, to ensure that you are capable of completing all the movements as stated. There will be limited, if any scaled options for the movements. Lastly, all sales are final (no refunds).
**Registration is per team and will include 5 workouts and 2 Shirts**
