About This Competition
A fitness event like no other - set on a beautiful farm in the Sussex countryside.
It's everything CrossFit can offer and more With 4,500 sq ft of indoor space and over 20 acres of outdoor farmland, we are bringing you an exciting, unique and brand new CrossFit event.
The competition will include teams of 4 (x2 males and x2 females) with both RX and Scaled categories.
Think CrossFit, think fun, think an amazing atmosphere to battle in. Why not make a weekend of it? Spectators, street food, beer tents and so much more, it's set to be on another level!

Workouts
x1 Lap around the lake with the Worm
60 over the shoulder sandbags 50kg/30kg

60 Sandbag over the shoulder 40kg/20kg
2 Rounds For Time
x1 Male x1 Female sharing the calories and reps as they wish
Complete x1 round of
50 Calorie Row
50 Calorie Assault Bike
50 Single Arm Devil Press 22.5kg/15kg
50 Toes To Bar
Once complete second Male and Female members complete as above.
Score is time it takes for teams to complete.
18 Minute Time cap
In a 10 minute Window each team member to find a heavy complex of
- x1 Clean into
- x1 Front Squat into
- x1 Jerk
x1 20kg bar and x1 15kg bar for each team.
Score is the combined weight of all x4 team members
2 Minutes Transition from WOD 2
7 Minutes to complete as many Hang Clean + Jerks, 1 team member working at a time.
Each time the bar is put down 7 Synchro burpees
Score is total Hang Clean + Jerks completed in 7 minutes
One 20kg and One 15kg Barbell for each team.
Barbell weights:
50kg for the male athletes
37.5kg for the Female athletes
Within a 12 minute window, the team must move a number of sandbags of varying weight over the cross section of an A frame from one side to the other. Getting themselves over the same cross section.
Each complete length is 1 round. For a round to complete, all sandbags and team members need to at either end of the A frame.
Sand bags are 20,30,40,50kg.
The cross section of A frame is approximately 5'5ft. Team members can assist eachother over the cross section
