About This Competition

What’s involved in the UT Games 2024?


The competition is designed for everyday athletes with movements we frequently use in class.


There will be 3 x 12 minute games where you work with your partner either in sync or YGIG. Therefore, minimum workout time for all teams will be 36 minutes. Max workout time 1hr.


* Each Game consists of a Conditioning exercise (Rower/Skierg/Assault Bike) and a strength based exercise

* Points will be rewarded depending on game per Kcal on machines and/or each rep on strength

* Rep's must be performed with correct, full form (half rep's will not be counted)

 League format, team's with the highest points will go through to the next round


Game 1: Assault Bike

Box Jumps

Wall Balls


Game 2: Skierg

Burpee Chest to Floor

Ground to overhead with plate


Game 3: Rower

Sled Push

Thrusters


Points will be awarded for reps/kcal and the teams with the highest points will go through to the semi final then finally, the final!


Event is open to all, any fitness level, any gym!
