Our Winter FIRE Games are a fun and challenging event for all fitness levels.  Competition will be held at FIRE Fitness Camp Fond du Lac.

10 Deadlifts + 10 DB Chest Press each

8 Deadlifts + 8 DB Chest Press each

6 Deadlifts + 6 DB Chest Press each

4 Deadlifts + 6 DB Chest Press each

 

2 minutes per super set 

After work is complete at your last super set you may continue to earn extra reps with your remaining time.  Each athlete has only one chance to gain extra reps at each exercise.  If athlete choses deadlifts they must go first. 

This is an 8 Minute AMRAP. Final score is total reps completed over 8 minutes.
Partners may alternate work at anytime.


At 3, 2, 1, go one partner will begin with the motherruckers.
Motherrucker standards:

Athlete will start in a standing position and then hop or step feet out ending with a pushup, touching their chest to the ruck bag. Athlete will then either hop or step their feet back in. Next they will clean and squat to parallel and then press bag overhead. Hips must reach full extension, arms fully locked out with head through the window. This is one complete rep.


After 6th Motherrucker is locked out athletes will move on to power cleans.

Power clean standards:

Bag will start on the ground. Athlete will clean bag up to the front rack position. Full hip extension with bag touching forearm and front of shoulder to be a complete rep.


On the 6th rep of power cleans athlete can keep bag in front rack position and go directly into front squats.


Front Squat Standards:
Ruck bag must stay in front rack position. Squat starts at full hip extension then athlete will drop to parallel and return to full extension. This is a complete rep.

After 6th front squat athletes will move on to hop over burpees.

Hop over burpee standard:
Athlete will start with the burpee. Hoping or stepping feet out bring chest down to touching the ground. Athlete will then hop or step feet back in and hop or step over sandbag. This is one complete rep.

FX athletes MUST hop feet out on burpee and hop over bag, feet taking off and landing at the same time.

Once the 6th hop over burpee is complete athletes will start again at the top.

Each team will share one bag and can alternate at anytime.
