10 Synchronised TTB
20 Synchronised STOH 30kg
40 Wall Balls (split) 6kg
As one athlete 1 begins Final A athlete 2 starts the following AMRAP you can can swap at anytime but you must complete a round before swapping.
4 Snatch Deadlift 35Kg
4 Hang Power Snatch
4 OH Lunges
4 CTB pull ups
*any grip can be used for Deadlift and OHL
In and 8 min window:
Establish a max combined athlete weight in the following complex:
1 Clean
1 Hang Clean
1 Front Squat
*Clean can be anyhow.
On 3...2...1...Go of the final you must complete the following at the same times as Final B
80 Calorie Bike Erg for time
On completion of 2a rest 2 mins (loading your bar) and move into the following:
1 bar between both athletes, you choose the weight and perform max reps between you at any reps scheme it doesn't have to be equal!!
Score is reps x the weight on the bar!
MAX THRUSTERS!!
E.G., If you complete 10 reps total between you at 40kg your score is 400
