About This Competition
RUSH HOUR 1
On the 24th June 2023, we will be hosting the second of the Rush Hours events.
Why is this CrossFit Compeition different?
If you dont have the time to commit to a full days competition then this is for you.

This competition has RXD and Scaled Catergories.
Male / Male RXD
Female / Female RXD

How it works
You will book your ticket and then we will be in touch to confirm your time preferred time slot.
60min Time slots are bookable from 9am til 3:30pm via email or message
You are expected to at the venue 30mins or more before your competing time slot to warm up and meet your judge.
After your 60 mins competing you can hang out and enjoy the atmosphere or leave and just keep an eye on the leaderboard to see your position and then WINNERS will be posted on the social media pages and then collect their prizes from the gym or we can post out to you directly.

£40 Per Team Of 2 (£20 per athlete)
Please note: Ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Movement Standards expect all usual RXD / SCD movements

Workouts
YGIG Max Effort Air Bike Cals
WOD 1 The Dexter - For REPS
3 minute work / 30secs rest for 4 Rounds, both atheltes will complete

Bear Complex - For total Load
1 Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Each phase of the lift must be clear. Therefore no thrusters or clusters are allowed. You can continue the complex if you fail an aspect of it. However if the bar is dropped mid complex you must re-start the complex from the beginning again.
Clean can be any variation. If you choose to squat clean you will need to then complete a full front squat afterwards
From back squat to push press can not be a back thruster
This workout is a 9min workout
Part a
Atheltes will complete 3 Rounds for TIME
12 Length Prowler Push
6 Worm Cleans (80/60kg) or SCD 12 Sandbag Cleans (30/25kg)
then directly into
Part b
Any time remaining accumilate REPS of your choice of gymnastics
Bar Muscle Up = 3 points RXD
Chest to Bar Pull up = RXD 2 points / SCD 3 points
Pull up = RXD 1 points / SCD 2 points
Jump Pull up = SCD only 1 point
Part a -For TIME or REPS

Athlete 2 can only begin when athlete 1 has completed the final rep

* only the DB box over and burpee box jump reps count within the scorecard , athletes do not finsh the 6 rounds
