About This Competition

Welcome to the 7th annual WODism for Autism at Iron Fist Athletics, a same-sex partner competition, on April 29, 2023!

Date: April 29, 2023
Time: 8:30am Registration/9:15am Event Start
Cost: $105/team (majority of the proceeds get donated to Autism Speaks)

LATE REGISTRATION: As of March 22nd is $125/team (majority of the proceeds get donated to Autism Speaks)

First Place in each division will receive an apparel item from No Matter What Apparel!!!

Cap: 30 Teams

There will be Rx and Scaled divisions with 5 scored workouts in 3 events.

Rules for Event 1: Score is the total combined successful weight both Athletes perform. Men will use a 20kg bar and women will use a 15kg bar. You can perform a power clean or squat clean.

40 Single DB Squats (m70/w50)
40 Pull Ups

Accumulate:
75 S2OH (m105/w73)
Then Accumulate:

40 DB Hanging Snatch (Same)

Time Cap: 13 Minutes

Rules for Event 2a: Score is the time it takes the athletes to complete the total 75 S2OH. The Partners can accumulate the reps however they want, with a minimum of 1 rep for any athlete.

Rules for Event 2b: Score is the time it takes to complete the remaining movements. Partners can accumulate the reps however they want, each athlete must complete 1 rep of each movement.

4 Burpee Over Bar (+1 each rnd)

A: 3 Minute Amrap
21 Wall Balls (m20/w14)
then M.E. Row Calories
Rest 90 seconds
B: 3 Minute Amrap
3 Deadlifts (m245/w165)
4 Burpee Over Bar (+1 each rnd)

Workout for event 3 is both athletes do both parts. 1 athlete starts at 3a and the other at 3b, after 90 seconds of rest they switch.

Rules for Event 3a: There will be a 1 minute & 45 cap on the wall climbs, if the 6 reps are not finish at that point, you are allowed to start accruing calories. Score is total combined calories of both athletes. M.E. = Max Effort. Dampers must be set to 5.

Rules for Event 3b: Score is total combined reps of both athletes. Round 1 is 3 deadlifts + 4 burpees over bar, each round thereafter is plus 1 burpee.
