You pick the weight on the Barbell (only 1 weight can be used for each bar they can not be changed)
- M1 completes 5 Unbroken reps
- F1 completes 5 Unbroken reps
- M2 complete 5 unbroken reps
- F2 completes 5 unbroken reps
Continue till you complete all 60 reps
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not perform 5 unbroken reps you must start your set of 5 again before the next teamie can start their 5 reps

Score is total Rounds and Reps of AMRAP but everyone must have completed 1 Ski Sprint and reps can only be accumulated while the ski is ongoing
