  • 100 Synchronised Deadlifts M/F Pairs
  • 50 Synchronized Down Ups (ALL)

  • BB - 100kg/70kg
  • Box Jump Overs - 24/20

  • DB - 15/10kg
  • BB - 70/50kg
  • Box Step Overs 24/20

 

Double Grace with a Twist - CAPPED at 12 MINUTES 

60 Clean and Jerks for Time and Weight

1 Male Barbell

1 Female Barbell

You pick the weight on the Barbell (only 1 weight can be used for each bar they can not be changed) 

  • M1 completes 5 Unbroken reps
  • F1 completes 5 Unbroken reps
  • M2 complete 5 unbroken reps
  • F2 completes 5 unbroken reps

Continue till you complete all 60 reps

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not perform 5 unbroken reps you must start your set of 5 again before the next teamie can start their 5 reps

Your Score is in 2 parts 

Total Weight Lifted AND time to complete the work out! 

ONCE COMPLETED USE THE REMAINING TIME FOR PART 2

2 People Rest

1 Person must complete 200m Sprint 

1 Person chipping through the AMRAP 

Score is total Rounds and Reps of AMRAP but everyone must have completed 1 Ski Sprint and reps can only be accumulated while the ski is ongoing
