About This Competition

The First full team competition in Belguim

To be more motivated or to be able to push your limits, we have chosen a team competition in which you and your partner can compete against other athletes. Here teams are formed of 2 people (male / male, female / female). The event is accessible to every level. From beginners to the professional athlete.

- Elite (30 men's teams, 20 women's teams)

- RX (30 men's teams, 20 women's teams)

- Intermediate (30 men's teams, 20 women's teams)

- Scaled (40 men's teams, 40 women's teams

 

Standards

SCALED

You can perform the following movements:

  • jumping Pull ups
  • push ups on the knees
  • knee raises
  • Single unders

men max 40 kg and women max 30 kg

 

INTERMEDIATE

You can perform the following movements:

  • T2B
  • pull ups
  • push ups
  • double unders

Men max 60 kg and women max 40 kg

 

ELITE / RX
