Pulling For Our Little Heroes - CrossFit
About This Competition
This competition is designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. All of the workouts are structured in such a way that each team can select the appropriate weight and movements to ensure a challenging yet fun workout.
The competition starts with one workout Friday afternoon/evening and continues on Saturday morning with 2 more workouts. We end the competition Saturday afternoon with the final workout where the top 5 teams* compete for their place on the podium.
However, the most important workout starts the day you register your team - FUNDRAISING. All teams will be ranked based on the amount of money they raise for NNCCF. *Additionally, in order to qualify to compete in the finale, your team has to have raised at least $750. In the event of a tie, the team that raised the most money wins.
Each team will be provided with a fundraising page through CrowdRise.
