The Altitude Games (Stage 1)
About This Competition
CrossFit Decimate invites you to test your fitness at 6,300 ft! The Altitude Games! A two-stage individual CrossFit Competition...
Stage 1 will be held online and Stage 2 will be held in person at CrossFit Decimate in Colorado Springs, CO.
Stage 1 will be 3 workouts, released Tuesday July 6th 2021 with submissions due Tuesday July 13th 2021. Winner's for stage one will be announced July 16th.
Stage 1 will earn prizes as well as determiane your division placement in Stage 2.
Stage 2 Divisions will include; Open and RX for both men and women.
There will be cash prizes as well as Bear Complex, Rogue and Reebok prizes.
Registration fee is $95 and includes both Stage 1 & Stage 2 of the competition. Registering for Stage 1 you will receive a code to register for Stage 2 (you must register for stage 2 seperately) date to come.

100-80-60-40-20 Double Unders (2:1 Singles)
DB Weight: (m) = 50lbs, (w) = (35lbs)
Box Height: (m) = 24" (w) = 20"
*Single Unders are allowed but will immedately place athlete in the Open division for Stage 2 of the competition. When inputting score, there will be option for Scaled instead of Prescribed.

*Ascending Repitions. Wallballs and Toes 2 Bar ascend by 2 reps - Box Jump Over Ascend by 1 rep.
*Scaled option: Athlete will conduct box step ups
Set the timer to a time cap of 32minutes in order to account for Part A (25min Cap) and Part B (7min Cap).
