Rep Your Box 2022 - Day 1
About This Competition
The first day of RYB, you will compete to be seeded to your appropriate division (Red, White, and Blue)! From RX to beginner, we have accommodated all levels for our 11 years running!
Rep Your Box is a 2 day team based fitness competition where teams are challenged in a variety of ways to see who is the fittest. With 10 years of experience, Rep Your Box is the largest and longest running event in Jacksonville, FL.
Day 1 begins as an “open” style competition. All teams will complete the same workouts with the same movement standards and will be ranked from top to bottom. These rankings will determine the divisions they compete in for Day 2 ensuring athletes and teams are placed in their appropriate divisions based off performance, not by preference.
Day 2 is where teams will be competing for overall podium spots and bragging rights. There are multiple scored events challenging teams as pairs, individuals or as a whole through tests of conditioning, endurance, strength and a combination of the like.
The years change but the vision stays the same.
Our event started as a way to bring community together. In the early years of affiliates we gathered in the streets for community workouts like crazy people. Not promoting our personal affiliates but the community at large.
The more people that want to change their lives to be more active, be healthier, happier and more capable, We All Win! Our event is just a celebration of that.
