- Dumbbells 15/10kg
- Kettlebells 16/12kg
- Wall Ball 6/3kg
- Barbell 43/30kg
- 20’’/24’’ Box Step Up
- All gymnastics except handstands & muscle ups. Scaling options will be available but will have a penalty.
RX:
- Dumbbells 22.5/15kg
- Kettlebells 24/16kg
- Wall Ball 9/6kg
- Barbell 61/43kg
- 20’’/24’’ Box Jump
- All gymnastics except handstand walk.
