About This Competition
Summer Swolestice 2019 was a blast, and we are looking forward to making Summer Swolestice 2020 even better! The workouts will be programmed by 2019 Fittest Teen on Earth, Emma Cary. The proceeds from the competition will be used for Emma's CF journey. It's going to be challenging, but we promise that you will have so much fun!
Summer Swolestice 2020 will be held August 1st atPerform Overcome Excel CF in Marshfield, MO.
Registration opens March 1. Early registration ($100) will take place through July 15. Late registration ($120) continues through July 25th.

EMOM: 12/8 cal assault bike
*Workout flow: At 0:00, the male athlete will perform 12 calories on the assault bike. The female may not perform any reps until the male has completed all 12 calories. Once the male has finished his calories, they may chip away at the reps until 1:00 hits. Then, the female will perform 8 calories on the assault bike. The male will not work while she is completing her calories. Once she is done, they may pick up where they left off on the reps. This will repeat until the team is finished, or until 10:00. If the team finishes, their score is their time. If the team gets time capped, their score is the the total amount of reps completed (not including assault bike calories).

EMOM: 9/6 cal assault bike
*Workout flow: At 0:00, the male athlete will perform 9 calories on the assault bike. The female may not perform any reps until the male has completed all 9 calories. Once the male has finished his calories, they may chip away at the reps until 1:00 hits. Then, the female will perform 6 calories on the assault bike. The male will not work while she is completing her calories. Once she is done, they may pick up where they left off on the reps. This will repeat until the team is finished, or until 10:00. If the team finishes, their score is their time. If the team gets time capped, their score is the the total amount of reps completed (not including assault bike calories).
