Qualifying Rules:
One or more members of your team will need to be able to achieve the following movements/skills/weights in order to participate in this competition. This is by no means an all encompassing list of skills and lifts, nor the precise weights and/or movements that will be used. However for this particular competition, we are asking that you please read these standards before making your decision to sign up. Weights will vary, and what you see below are suggested minimum requirements.
Events will require teams to work together, so if someone is not able to complete one of the movements at the desired weight (for example), other members of the team can complete the movement/reps if necessary. It will be up to the team to decide how work is divided unless otherwise stated by the rules.

This is a “rigless” competition, so no pull up variations, muscle ups, toes-2-bar or other hanging gymnastics variations will be required. That said, your cardiovascular system, strength and agility will be put to the test.

Policy on Subsititutes:
Once a team establishes registration they are able to substitute an athlete if someone is not able to make it. If shirts have already been purchased then they may not get a new one. Substitute must be the same gender as the team.
