L'athlète démarre derrière la ligne de départ, après le 3 - 2 - 1 GO ! l'athlète effectuera 27 CALORIES ROW en buy-in suivi d'un 21-15-9 avec pour commencer 21 DOUBLE DB THRUSTERS, dépose les DB dans la zone suivante avant de faire 21 PULL-UP, suivi de 15 DOUBLE DB THRUSTERS CHEST-TO-BAR suivi de 15 CHEST-TO-BAR. L'athlète déplacera les DB et l'athlète termine avec par 9 DOUBLE DB THRUSTERS et 9 RING MUSCLE UPS.

5 KMS EVENING TRAIL RUN

 

Workout Flow :

Après le 3 - 2 - 1 GO ! les athlètes effectuerons 5 kms de course à pied, le parcour sera entièrement fléchés. Après un tour de piste, les athlètes quitteront le domaine pour se diriger vers le lac de Warfaaz, en feront le tour, rentreront dans les bois pour remonter sur le domaine et y rentrer par l'arrière, feront un demi tour de piste pour terminer. Les athlètes devront porter une lampe de poche frontale qui est obligatoire.

 

After the 3-2-1 GO ! The athletes runs for 5KMS, the race will be indicated. After a round of the track and field, the athletes will leave the campus in direction of the Warfaaz lake, will run around it and enter the woods to trace back to the campus, after a half track loop the race will be over. The athletes are required to have a frontal headlamp.

L'athlète démarre derrière la ligne de départ, après le 3 - 2 - 1 GO ! l'athlète effectuera 300 mètres de SKI ERG suivi de 9m HANDSTAND WALK (2x4,5m) suivi de 8 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL. L'athlète effectuera ensuite de nouveau 300 de SKI ERG suivi de 9 m HSW et de 12 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL ensuite effectuera 300 m de SKI ERG suivi de 9 m HSW suivi de 16 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL.

L'athlète reviendra à la ligne d'arrivée pour valider son score

The athlete starts with 300 metres of SKI ERG folows with 9 meters HANDSTAND WALK (2x4,5m) then 8 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL (SCALED : BURPEES OVER THE WALL). The athlete performs again 300 meters of SKI ERG folows with 9 m HSW and 12 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL (SCALED : BURPEES OVER THE WALL). The athletes continues with 300 m de SKI ERG follows 9 m HSW then 16 BURPEES DBALL OVER THE WALL (SCALED : BURPEES OVER THE WALL)

The athlete finishes with 6 WALL WALK et 6 DEVIL PRESS.

The athlete must move to the finish line to validate the score.
