BOA Online Challenge - Crushing Corona - Supporting CF Hermitage
About This Competition
We are living in unprecedented times. During this time we wish to take lemons and make lemonade. We are creating this online challenge to help everyone stay engaged.
All of these challenges will be body weight related with an accumulative team total.
We will announce a new challenge each week for as long as it takes. The leaderboard will be updated until we come out on the other side.
Challenge 1 will be announced soon but will not start until April 1 to allow everyone to get a team together.
Just before the major outbreak of Corona in the USA there was a Tornado that destroyed CF Hermitage near Nashville, TN and close to our good friends Barbell Voodoo.
These guys have been on our mind so we decided to use this challenge to continue to help them out.

Here is how to make a team:
Teams of four.
Divisions: Male , Female and Coed 2/2
Teams can be any combo of four different decades. That can be done two ways.
Four different numerals in the start of the age. Ex. (20,40,50,60)
Four different birth decades. Ex. (1970's, 1990's, 2000's, 2010's.)
Teams can't be a combination of both.
There is also a division for teams of four made up any way you want.
