CrossFit Exodus Throwdown
About This Competition
Join us in showcasing the incredible athletes that call Texas home. This competition is for teams of TWO, either M/M or F/F.
This competition is for the intermediate and RX/Open level athletes. We will have two divisions. 20 spots will be available for both the M/M and F/F intermediate division and 10 spots available for both the M/M and F/F RX/Open division.
There will be no refunds for this competition. If you or your partner need to pull out, find a substitute to fill in.
There will be 3 workouts plus a final workout for the top 4 teams in each division.
Workout #1:
15:00 AMRAP
- 200m Run w/ MedBall (Intermediate #20/14, RX #30/20)
- 20 Wall Balls (Intermediate #20/14, RX #30/20)
- 15 Pull Ups(Intermediate), 10 C2B(RX)
*ALTERNATING FULL ROUNDS W/ PARTNER
*Score = TOTAL Reps. 200m Run = 2 Reps(100m = 1 Rep)
Workout #2:
8:00 To Establish 2 Rep Max Clean
*BOTH Partners Must Establish a 2RM Clean Within The 8:00 Using One Barbell.

For Time:
- 200 Double Unders
- 80 American Kettlebell Swings (Intermediate #53/35, RX #70/53)
- 40 Deadlifts (Intermediate #225/155, RX #275/205)
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24"/20"

*Switch Off As Needed For Each Movement, One Partner Working At A Time.

Workouts
15:00 AMRAP
- 200m Run w/ Med Ball(RX #30/20, Intermediate #20/14)
- 20 Wall Balls(RX #30/20, Intermediate #20/14)
- 10 C2B Pull Ups(RX) / 15 Pull Ups(Intermediate)

*Score = TOTAL Reps
200m Run = 2 Reps(100m = 1 Rep)
8:00 to Establish a 2 Rep Max Clean
- Both athletes must establish a 2 rep max Clean. Only one barbell will be provided. These reps must be compelted as touch n go/without putting the bar down. These can be either Power or Squat Cleans
The first rep will start from the floor and the second rep must begin by touching(tapping) the floor. You will NOT be able to adjust and reset on the floor. You will need to adjust and reset in the hang position or at the shoulders if needed.
If the athletes adjust/reset with the bar on the floor between reps, this will be given as a no rep.
For Time:
6 Rounds(3ea Athlete)
- 20/15 Cal Ski Erg
- 2 Legless Rope Climbs(RX), 2 Rope Climbs(Intermediate)
*Alternating FULL rounds with partner
*One athlete works while the non working athlete bear hug holds a sandbag #150/100.
*Sandbag MUST be off of the floor before the working athlete can begin and teh working athlete MUST stop if the sandbag is dropped.
For Time:
