About This Competition

QUALIFIER DETAILS:

Individuals and teams vying to qualify for the 2025 Mana Games must complete the online workouts between January 8th and 30th.

Athletes have until the end of the qualifer to register for the event.  Workouts will be released at 12:00 am PST on January 8th.  

Qualifying athletes and teams will be asked to attach all videos at time of submission. All penalties will be assessed according to the CF Open rules. 

No refunds for qualifier.

*Every Time Through The Emom Sequence Athletes Must Add 1 Bar Muscle Up, 2 Burpees Over Bar, And 3 Thrusters.

*Athletes must hit the same load 3 times within the 5:00 window in order for it to register as a successful weight.
