The foundation of CrossFit is built on community. Whether local or worldwide, you can drop-in at a box and you'll be surrounded by friends.
One of our ideas of fun in this community is pushing ourselves through friendly competition and we never miss an opportunity to throw-down with each other, cheering each other on to accomplish hard things.
We are stoked to announce our 2nd Annual Spring Meltdown Competition on May 4th, 2024. This will be a partner competition with M/M, or F/F Rx and Scaled teams.
