CFTSV Tropic Thunder TWINS
About This Competition
The original Twins competition returns in 2022. Male/Male pair or Female/Female compete in either Advanced, Intermediate or Novice Divisions.
All Divisions will compete on Saturday 10 September - from 6am-4pm
All Twins will complete 4 workouts with a winner declared for each division.
Workouts will be published by 3 September.
Advanced athletes would perform all CrossFit Open workouts as prescribed and have high gymnastic skills.
Intermediate athletes would perform some CrossFit Open workouts as prescribed, but scale the heavier or high gymnastic skill workouts.
Novice is the athlete who trains to keep fit or is entering their first competition.
