GOAT Youth Fitness Competition Finale
About This Competition
Competition Finale
The Competition Finale will be held in person at the CrossFit Vertex gym. All CrossFit Vertex COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
- Finale Date: Saturday, Feb 13th, 2021
- Finale Start Time: 9AM EST
- Finale End Time: Most likely around 3PM-ish
Only the top five athletes in each division will be invited to attend the Competition Finale. Invitations will be emailed from Competition Corner. Invites can be accepted by clicking the "Accept" button. Invites must be accepted within 48 hours of receipt.
Finale Live Stream
The Competition Finale will be streamed live on the CrossFit Vertex YouTube Channel and via the event's Facebook Page. We encourage family members and friends to tune in to watch your youths in action!

Athletes will have a total of 6 attempts to determine their max lift. Score will be final successful lift.
***For all athletes, there will be a 1 Min transition period following the 6 Minutes of 'Divide' into 'Conquer'

For 6 Min;
20 Seconds of work, 40 Seconds of Rest per Min
Collect as many reps as possible of:
Kettbell Deadlift 24/16kg (*53/35lb)
Athletes will have a total of 6 cycles of 20 seconds of work to collect reps. Score will be total reps combined.
***There will be a 1 Min transition period following the 6 Minutes of 'Divide' into 'Conquer'
