This is perfect for anyone signed up to a Hyrox race or thinking about doing one.
Open to F45 members and non members - Limited spaces.

🚀 Fitness Standards : Open to ALL levels of fitness!

400m run (as a pair) into MAX rowing metres for remaining time.
Start every round with a 400 metre run into max rowing metres in the remaining time. Every 5 minutes a new round will start. The aim is to accumulate as many metres on the rower over the four rounds.
Simple. Yet Brutal.
