Part A

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 15 mins of:

150 Single unders


9 Sync cleans (AHAP)

15 Sync burpee box steps/jumps 24/20”

21 Pull ups (Assisted)


9 Sync cleans (AHAP)

15 Sync burpee box steps/jumps 24/20”

21 C2B pull-up (Assisted)


9 Sync cleans (AHAP)

15 Sync burpee box steps/jumps 24/20”

21 Jumping bar muscle ups

9 Sync cleans (AHAP)

21 reps of the following:

2 Pull ups (Assisted)

2 C2B bar pull ups (Assisted)

2 Jumping bar muscle ups

Part B

Teams will be scored entirely separately on the weight they use for the cleans. Heavier the better. (Minimum work requirement is the cleans of the third round)

Part C

For time:

2 sub teams will complete a 400 meter sled pull in a relay style. Once teams are finished all 4 members will work on Part A.

Part A

Teams will have 10 minutes for members to establish a max lift on the complex:

One pair will complete:

1 Snatch + 1 hang snatch

One pair will complete:

1 Clean + 1 hang clean

Complete the following for time:

15 DB Devils presses (4 Sync) Men 17.5/15/12.5/10kg Women 12.5/10/5/5kg

60 Toes to chest height

60 DB Hang to overheads (2 Sync) Men 15/12.5kg Women 10/5kg

60 DB Thrusters (or lunge & S2O) (3 Sync) Men 15/12.5/10kg Women 10/5/5kg

10 DB Devils presses (4 Sync)

Time cap 10 mins
