About This Competition

Mayhem on the Mountain is Alabama's largest outdoor functional fitness competition held at beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. Mayhem hosts over 600 competitors from around the southeast who compete as an individual or on a 4 person team. Teams compete on August 21st and Individuals compete on August 22nd.
