6 Sand Bag Box Step overs ( 1 athlete while the other 2 hold the worm )
All athletes must complete a round of Sand Bag step overs before moving to next round of Thursters
Every time Worm drops below shoulder level 6 synchro (3 athletes ) burpees over worm penalty
