Workouts

Partners will complete a max effort duel Barbell dead lift hold.
Athletes will hold one barbell in each hand on the 2" plate loading 
side of the bar with the team mate on the other side holding the 2" side of the bar.

Partners alternate each round complete each round with out dropping the bar

if the bar is dropped during the round partners will complete a 3 synchro burpee penalty.

Climb the ladder adding 5 cal and 10 kbs each round until you reach 8 Min
