Get ready to lift your holiday spirit with this 10-minute, two-part challenge!
Part A: 0:00 - 5:00 🔥 Max Reps Hang Power Cleans (135/95)(95/65) — How many can you crank out?
Part B: 5:00 - 10:00 🎁 1RM Clean — Time to find your heaviest lift!
Push your limits and bring the heat this holiday season! Are you ready to sweep the leaderboard? 🎅💪
On an 10 minute clock, Athletes will have the first 5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of Hang Power Cleans at the designated weight per division. This will be an “I Go You Go!” The last 5 minutes, athletes will then transition into find their 1RM for a full Squat Clean.

Workout Details:
🕐 Only one athlete can work at a time throughout the event.
⚖️ No minimum work requirement per athlete—split reps (thrusters and calories) however you want to get it DONE! 💥
Standards & Requirements:
Thrusters: Each athlete has their own bar, starting from the ground. ✅ A rep is counted when an athlete performs a full squat, fully extends at the hips, and presses the bar overhead with straight arms.
Switches: Athletes can switch anytime, but after each switch during thrusters, the team must complete 🎯 10 Synchro Sit Ups.
Assault Bike: Adjust the seat as needed! Each time you switch on the bike, the team must complete 🔄 12 IGYG Box Jumps or 24 IGYG Step-Ups (scaled).
🔥 Bring the heat, and leave it all on the floor! Push hard, trust your team, and make every rep count! LET’S GO! 💥💪❄️
6-Minute AMRAP:
Power Clean

Jerk (any style)
In 6 minutes, accumulate as many rounds and reps of THE POLAR VORTEX as possible! 💥 This is a full complex, so athletes must cycle through all movements without letting go of the bar to complete a single rep. ✅
Each team will have two bars—one set to the men’s weight and one to the women’s weight. The complex begins from the ground, and athletes must perform each movement in sequence.
RX Weights: 95/65
Scaled Weights: 75/55
Athletes can use an “I go, you go” format or attempt multiple complexes in a row. But be careful! If any movement is missed, that athlete will receive a no-rep and is done with the AMRAP. 🚫
