Same Sex Pairs Competition
Date: Male Pairs Saturday 5th October
Female Pairs Sunday 6th October
Time: 12pm - 6pm
Venue: CrossFit Colchester (CO49TB)
This is an 'inclusive' event which, to us, means the movements and workouts are accessible to people of most abilities.
Don't expect an easy day!
Do expect to have a great time doing some fun PE in a buzzing comp day environment.
And regardless of whether this is your first competition or your 20th - you will be tested by some well rounded fitness tests!

Athletes may start the BikeErg as soon as the 100 Burpee Box Jump Over has been completed.
(All teams move onto the BikeErg at 10 minutes)
