About This Competition
Welcome to Reindeer Gainz IV!
IronShield CrossFit is happy to once again be hosting Reindeer Gainz IV- Saturday, February 26, 2022 CO-ED (male/female) partner competition! Reindeer Gainz will be a one day event featuring Rx, Master RX, Scaled and Novice divisions for male/female duo's consisting of three workouts and one floater (five scored events) plus one finals workout for top four teams in the RX Divisions.
All participants will receive competition T-shirt if they register before February 13, 2022. Grab your favorite workout buddy, bring your A-game and get ready for a fun, competitive day at IronShield CrossFit as teams will compete for cash & prizes! Cash Prizes for ALL first place winners in ALL Divisions!!!
We are planning to have some awesome vendors and sponsors on site so don't miss out on this celebration of fitness with our community and local gyms.
Cost per ticket is $160 per team one partner will register the team.
Free parking, spectator fee $5- kids 12 and under are free :)
We will have a no refund policy once tickets are purchased but they can be transferred to another team.

Movements can be split any way, BUT when partner 1 breaks, partner 2 MUST attempt movement before Partner 1 can resume. Wall-ball 20/14 to 10ft target, handstand walks increments will be 5ft and max 10ft at a time, Dumbbell RX 70/50 Masters 50/35*, rope climb 14ft. Partners must tag only when switching to the next movement.

Wall-ball 14/10 to 10ft target, inchworm increments will be 5ft and max 10ft at a time, must do a pushup and only hands or feet move at once, Dumbbell 35/25, rope climb 9ft. Partners must tag only when switching to the next movement.
150 KB Swings
**Reps must be split evenly. Partner 1 Works, while Partner 2 hangs from the rig. Partner must be in dead-hang for each kb swing rep to count. Can switch at any time as long as reps are split up 75 each.

Male athlete goes first and completes 30 box jump overs and 6 squat snatch, tags female athlete and she will proceed to complete 30 box jumps overs and 6 squat cleans. Novice may step over with both feet on top and both feet at the bottom. Novice may also perform any snatch (male) and any clean (female). Teams will use two bars and one box and weights will be preloaded.
