HALLOWOD revient le samedi 11 novembre
Compétition interne réservée aux adhérents de crossfit chalon sur saone et crossfit Paredum.
Un journée de competition en équipe de 2:
homme/ homm
Homme/ femme
et 2 niveaux :
Rose : mouvements adaptés
Noir mouvements standards
Bien entendu le déguisement est obligatoire!!!
Trouvezvotre binome, votre tenue et inscrivez vous vite.
Places limitées.
Cette journée de partage sera suivie d une soirée à la bos ou on remplacera les barres par un buffet dinatoire, le wod floor deviendra également un dancefloor,
5 on peut faire la journée, la soirée ou les 2!!!
