About This Competition

"The Ambush" is a 2-person Co-Ed CrossFit competition. There will be an RX, Intermediate, and Novice Division. 

The event will consist of 3 events, a floater workout, and a final (for those who qualify).

This is our first edition of "The Ambush" competition.

Cash prizes for all division winners.
